1. How and till when can I modify my order ?
You can modify your order for Product addition or removal 7 days before of Delivery and Pickup date. You can mail us your modifications firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9999123677 / 8130912391. Delivery time and date might change due to modification based on availbility of product. There are no extra charges for modifications. You cannot add new items to your order once delivered. Any modification regarding pickup date change or delivery change for order placed less than 7 days won't be possible and booking amount won't be refundable.
2. What is the procedure for cancelling an existing order ?
Once delivered or agreed for pickup, it cannot be cancelled via any mode of communication. Booking amount won't be refunded in any case.Existing Order could not be cancelled after 48 hours.Refund won't be applicable.Order cancelled within 24-48 hours applicable for cancellation.
3. Can I return few items or entire order If I do not like items at the time of delivery ?
If accepted by you or your representative (anyone receiving order on your behalf) at the time of delivery, nothing will be returned later. Only items with major defects or non functionality will be taken back. No item will be taken back on the basis of dimensions as all the dimensions are mentioned on the website and customer is very well aware of the dimensions before placing an order. However, some genuine issues can be discussed over a call and we might take items back but only if pointed out at the time of delivery.If Item non functional during the renting duration it will repaired free of cost or new piece will be provide the same.

Yes, you can. However, full rent for agreed tenure as applicable no amount refunded. If you want to close the contract before agreed tenure and return all the items,no amount will be refunded for remaining tenure. You are requested to let us know 2-3 hours in advance in case of early closure.
3. How would I get my refundable security deposit back?
Its easy,you will get your refund within 48-72 hours once we checked our product if no issues amount will be the same time limit as stated, the whole amount of refundable deposit will be credited to the account of Lessee without any interest within 48-72 hours. In case of damages or any issues, the products will undergo further inspection at the lessor premises to ascertain the damage cost. This damage cost will be recovered from the refundable deposit amount paid by the lessee or any equivalent amount deposited.
4. How would I get my refund back for cancelled order?
For cancelled order no amount would be refundable if any cancellation done from user end. If SnapOnRent unable to provide product or any replacement after Lockdown situation opens completely than refund would be applicable.5% Internet handling fee would be charged on transaction amount and will process in 7-10 Bank working days. Also Refund not applicable in case delay in order due to Covid -19, as delay caused due to authorties whose restricting the delivery areas.Booking amount not refunded in that case.
