Cancellations and Modification Policy


1. How and till when can I modify my order ?

You can modify your order till one day before the agreed delivery date. You can mail us your modifications care@snaponrent.com or call us at 9999123677 / 8130912391. Delivery time and date might change due to modification. There are no extra charges for modifications. You cannot add new items to your order once delivered. You have to place a new order if you want more items.

2. What is the procedure for cancelling an existing order ?

Once delivered, it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order till one day i.e 24 hours before the agreed date of delivery without any extra cost. You can place cancellation request by mailing us or calling us any deposit or amount paid online will be refunded back.Refund for Home appliance like AC's will be done min. 45-60 days and other products within 45 days as per bank process.

3. Can I return few items or entire order If I do not like items at the time of delivery ?

If accepted by you or your representative (anyone receiving order on your behalf) at the time of delivery, nothing will be returned later. Only items with major defects or non functionality will be taken back. No item will be taken back on the basis of dimensions as all the dimensions are mentioned on the website and customer is very well aware of the dimensions before placing an order. However, some genuine issues can be discussed over a call and we might take items back but only if pointed out at the time of delivery.If Item non functional during the renting duration it will repaired free of cost or new piece will be provide the same.

4. What If the product stop working in renting duration ?

Return and Refund Policy


1. Can I return items at the time of delivery?

If accepted by you or your representative (anyone receiving order on your behalf) at the time of delivery, nothing will be returned later. Only items with major defects or non-functionality will be taken back. No item will be taken back on the basis of dimensions as all the dimensions are mentioned on the website and customer is very well aware of the dimensions before placing an order.

2. Can I return few items/all items before closure of the contract?

Yes, you can. However, full rent for agreed tenure as applicable no amount refunded. If you want to close the contract before agreed tenure and return all the items,no amount will be refunded for remaining tenure. You are requested to let us know 2-3 hours in advance in case of early closure.

3. How would I get my refundable deposit back?

Its easy,you will get your refund within 48-72 hours once we checked our product if no issues amount will be the same time limit as stated, the whole amount of refundable deposit will be credited to the account of Lessee without any interest within 48-72 hours. In case of damages or any issues, the products will undergo further inspection at the lessor premises to ascertain the damage cost. This damage cost will be recovered from the refundable deposit amount paid by the lessee or any equivalent amount deposited.

4. How would I get my refund back for cancelled order?
